PARTNERSHIP INFORMATION

GospelKids Conference plans to host 400-500 people from Southern Ontario and beyond as we strive to equip and mobilize pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers and parents in the discipleship of children. Our main target audience is anyone who interacts with and is passion about the discipleship of children. Pastors, kids ministry directors, volunteers, youth leaders and parents are invited to attend.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. We will provide one standard-sized table for you. Please bring your own table cloth, and indicate if your display will require additional space.

2. Baseline exhibitors receive two complimentary tickets, plus a ticket code for 50% additional tickets.

3. Set up can begin on May 29th, 2025 at 3:00pm or on May 30, 2025 at 7:30am.

4. Access to power outlets and electrical hook-up will be an extra fee of $50 per outlet needed.

5. To indicate partnership interest, please email gospelkids@hespelerbaptist.ca. We will review your request and, if approved, send you the partnership form.

6. GospelKids reserves the right to deny organizations that do not align with the values and goals of our conference.

    • Option to host breakfast, lunch or dinner at conference. Cost of lunch will be paid by sponsoring organization

We desire to partner with organizations that support our vision, beliefs, and purpose and therefore each application goes through a careful review process.  An application that we do not accept should not be received as a rejection of the organization itself; we are simply trying to closely align our goals with the goals of partnering organizations.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTNERS AT CONFERENCE

– Sales & handouts: Selling any item from the exhibit space must be authorized and pre-approved by GospelKids prior to the conference. All handouts (books, t-shirts, etc) must be pre-approved.  

‍– Raffles/draws:  All raffles and draws are prohibited unless pre-approved.

Fundraising:  Fundraising is not permitted at the conference.

Roaming: Roaming is prohibited. Distribution of any pre-approved materials can only be done from the assigned booth space.

Accommodations:  Partner ministries are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals.

Supplies:  Partner ministries are responsible to bring all supplies.

Audio:  All use of audio equipment must be pre-approved by GospelKids leadership.
